![]() | For sale is a beautiful cluster of gem-clear vibrant green vesuvianite with bladed gem diopside from the famous locality, Jeffrey Mine, Asbestos, Quebe. The color of this vesuvianite was discovered in 2008. Wisps of green-blue chromium vesuvianite zoning can be seen in a few of the crystals, which may partly explain the unique gem color of these vesuvianites. The specimen is mounted on a pedestal-style acrylic base with removable mineral tack. A specimen label is included.
